Though the circumstances in the Apollo 13 movie were overly dramatic and unlikely, it was apparently the motto of Kranz’s team.

It is title of Kranz’s excellent biographical memoir of Mission Control which I recommended to all my students. It is also the title of an excellent History Channel adaptation which includes interviews with all of the original controllers.
