					<description><![CDATA[It was a pleasure to open the doors of our old Substation #13 and allow visitors, both in person, and now on line, enjoy the sights and sounds of a bygone era. After working with these machines for almost 1/2 century, it behooves us all to embrace history, and preserve a way of life that was hidden in the background for too many years.
