					<description><![CDATA[Around 2000 or maybe earlier I watched a “ WW2 Nazi spies documentary” on one of the history channels or the military channel that made all kinds of claims about this purported Grand Central sabotage attempt. Thanks for the positive thoughts! The battery acid was actually a big issue when moving the substation, and largely why everything happened underground. The city did not permit moving the acid aboveground, so the railroad had to figure out how to move it below.]]></description>
