					<description><![CDATA[Every time you posted those tweets I would laugh. But yeah I was arrested, but I didn&#039;t have a car. I live right down the street from this crossing so walking is not a problem for me. As for the photography memo from LIRR, I was told by many officials that that memo is outdated and does not apply due to many of those officials not being in power anymore. I would suggest using the one issued by the Police department because it can be used for every MTA agency.]]></description>
