					<description><![CDATA[The Philadelphia Suburban Transportation Company (Red Arrow Lines) attempted to run a &#039;railbus&#039;, that is, a bus using rail wheels in the same fashion as the utility vehicles you described.  At first, the concept looked promising, but then in a snowfall the bus was unable to get traction and the experiment abandoned.
